How to build your own Clarence Coffee Shop
I’ve been a coffee geek my whole life.
When I was in college I took classes at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
I studied marketing and brand management.
At one point, I was doing my first real-world sales job, a job that involved making coffee.
I had no idea what I was getting into.
I did what any coffee nerd would do: I took notes.
I tried different types of coffee.
Every coffee shop has its own specialty.
Coffee is a blend of beans, spices, sugars and other ingredients.
There’s also a ton of flavor, and there’s so much variation in each coffee that it can be hard to keep track of everything.
So, as an aspiring coffee barista, I learned how to do everything from brew coffee to prepare it, and to use different types and techniques.
I learned how many cups I should use for my barista’s coffee, what kind of beans to use and how much to brew.
I even learned how much sugar to use.
And when I needed to buy some of my own coffee beans, I made my own.
Now, with my newfound expertise in the world of coffee, I’m planning to build my own, too.
My new coffee shop is named Clarece Coffee Shop and it will be open by the end of the year.
It will offer a full menu of fresh coffee drinks, as well as a full-service barista shop.
I’m also looking for a chef to join the team.
Claregecian, as the cafe is called, will have the same staff and the same menu as the original.
For the new owner, it was a challenge to find a spot for coffee that was not too crowded and that was also accessible to everyone.
It was hard to find seating because the cafe has two sides.
One is for the patrons who can afford it and the other is for those who are more of a coffee lover who wants a more intimate space.
So, for me, this is a perfect spot for people who want to stay in their own space but still have coffee.
The other side will be reserved for the coffee lovers who want the same intimate space as the patrons on the main side.
As a result, the cafe will have seating for about 50 people, which will be the smallest in the city.
I want to be open for all types of people, not just coffee lovers.
Claire Coffee Shop is expected to open by early 2018.
What’s your coffee addiction?
My passion is coffee.
Coffee drinks are my passion.
I’ve learned that when you can make coffee, you can do anything.
I was so excited when I heard about Clarececans coffee shop and I’m excited to be a part of this project.
I have my own recipes, my own style of coffee and I think the coffee is going to be amazing.
What I want most is for people to see this project as a chance to get into coffee.
That’s the thing I’m most interested in: creating an experience that makes you want to keep doing it.
I can’t wait to start brewing and making my own beans.
