Starbucks is looking to hire a coffee shop worker in Albuquerque to replace an employee who left in June after less than two months with the company.
The Albuquerque Police Department has been searching for a coffee service manager since the incident in which a worker was shot and killed in July.
According to the Albuquerque Police department, the coffee shop was being staffed by two people, and it has been confirmed that one of them is the employee.
The two employees are currently being questioned by the Albuquerque police.
According a Starbucks spokesperson, Starbucks is “investigating the possibility of hiring an additional worker in the Albuquerque Coffee shop.”
In the meantime, the company is offering the employee a severance package, and they are offering a $1,000 pay raise, as well.
